Your team is good.
Your pipeline isn’t.
I’ll find out
what’s wrong —
and fix it.
I look at where your discovery and delivery is broken, coach your team through the fix — and build the automation that kills the admin overhead.
Sound familiar?
Permanent firefighting
Incidents that shouldn’t have happened. Sprints that never fully land. Planning meetings that take longer than the actual work. Same pattern, every week.
AI tools, zero impact
You rolled out Copilot. Maybe Cursor. Maybe ChatGPT for docs. Delivery didn’t get faster — because AI tools speed up individual tasks, not a broken pipeline.
The admin tax
Grooming, reporting, status updates, sprint recaps, copy-pasting between Jira and Slack. Someone does this by hand every week. Usually your engineers — burning 30–40% of their time on it.
These are rarely three separate problems. Usually it’s two or three root causes running through the whole pipeline.
The AI-Powered Delivery Program
Four phases, one goal: get your pipeline working. First I find out where it’s stuck. Then I coach your team to fix it — with AI and automation as the foundation. If something needs building, I build it with you.
The Diagnosis
- Pre-interview questionnaire to 5–8 stakeholders
- Structured interviews with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- AI-powered pattern analysis overnight
- Day 2: Results presentation with prioritized roadmap
- Including concrete automation and tooling opportunities
After this, you know exactly what’s broken, what it’s costing you — and where to start.
The Coaching
- Weekly 90-minute sessions with your delivery champion
- Direction, pattern recognition, AI tooling expertise
- Your team does the work — that’s what makes the change stick
- Async access between sessions
- Minimum 3 months
When your team can run it without me, we’re done.
The Implementation Sprint
- 1–4 weeks, scope and price locked upfront
- Workflow automation, AI integration, kill the reporting
- I build with your team and hand over ownership
- Many teams get there with coaching alone
Your team gets a system that works — and that they own.
The Retainer
- Monthly delivery pulse report
- Up to 2 advisory calls per month
- Async access — one business day response
- AI tooling updates as the landscape shifts
When things change, I’m already your sounding board.
Is this a fit?
Good fit if:
- Your software team is 20–150 people
- Your company is profitable and wants to grow
- Your CTO or founder has a technical background
- You have someone internal who can drive the change
- You want results and a system your team owns
Not a fit if:
- You want someone to make the changes for you
- You think a new tool or Jira config will solve it
- You don’t have an internal champion
- You’re pre-revenue
What it costs
For context: a fractional CTO runs €3,000–8,000 a month — often without a clear roadmap or exit plan. Two management consultants for two days cost €6,000–10,000 and deliver a slide deck.
The Diagnosis is €4,500, takes two days, and gives you a clear map — including concrete automations that usually pay for themselves in month one.
Getting started
Quick message
Drop me two sentences about what’s stuck right now — email or LinkedIn.
Three questions
I’ll ask a few quick questions to see if the Diagnosis is the right move for your situation.
Book the Diagnosis
If it’s a fit, the questionnaire goes to your stakeholders and we lock in the interview dates.
